Refunds and Exchanges MB Distributors, Inc. will gladly exchange any purchase in its original condition by method of payment within 2 days. Returns/exchanges are subject to the exceptions listed below: · If cases were delivered to you in a defective, damaged or incomplete condition o Notify Customer Service at 1-708-288-1918 at time of delivery. o MB Distributors, Inc. will exchange or make whole the order. · No returns will be accepted without return authorization number. · The customer is responsible for all handling charges that include A 10% restocking fee on standard items and a 20% restocking fee on specialty items will apply. · We will issue a refund (minus the handling charge) if MB Distributors, Inc. is notified within 24 Hours of delivery. If Wrong Item Was Shipped: · If we mistakenly shipped you a wrong item, please notify us as soon as possible at 708-288-1918 or mbd.wholesale@gmail.com no later than 24 Hours after delivery. We will send you via EMAIL a prepaid return label, & replace item with the right one at no additional charge. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. If you need to cancel an order or make a return, please refer to your packing slip or call 708-288-1918 or email mbd.wholesale@gmail.com Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges.
