Q: What's included in the bed sheet set?

A: 4-piece set includes = 1 fitted bed sheet, 1 flat (top) sheet, and 2 pillow cases. 6-piece set includes = 1 fitted bed sheet, 1 flat (top) sheet, and 4 pillow cases

 

Q: How many sets come in a case?

A: 12 sets per case

 

Q: Can I choose my colors?

A: All cases are pre-sorted with 12 colors?

 

Q:What are the colors that are included in the case?

A: White, Beige, Sage, Chocolate Brown, Light Mint Blue, Gold, Cranberry Red, Deep Purple, Gray, Burnt Orange, Carmel, Navy Blue.

 

Q: What’s the minimum order?

A: 1 case

 

Q: Can I mix the cases with different thread counts or sizes?

A: All case are a single thread count and a single size. For example, you would order 1 case of queen in the 820TC or 1 case of king in the 1200tc.

 

Q: How deep are the pockets on the fitted sheet?

A: The JS Sanders brand is made with deep pockets and will fit a mattress up to 17 inches.

Q: I don't have a thick mattress, can I still use the sheets?

A: Yes, however you will need to use bed/sheet suspenders to keep the sheet on the mattress.


Q: How do you wash the bed sheets?

A: Wash them in either the gentle or delicate cycle with COLD water. Dry them in low to medium heat or hang dry. Do not use bleach, fabric softener. Do not iron and don't dry clean.

 

Ordering and Order Status:

Q: What are the types of payment you accept?

A: Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Paypal or Cash if you’re local.

 

Q: When will you charge my credit card?
A: We will place a hold on your credit card in the amount of the order and then fully charge your card when we’re ready to ship.


Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: With the confirmation number included in the confirmation email, click on SERVICE (under our logo) and enter your confirmation number in the field towards the middle of the page. You may also log-in (if you registered) and then click on ACCOUNT HISTORY to view an update of your order.

Shipping:

Q: Where do you ship to? International?
A: USA only at this time

Q: What are your shipping charges?
A: We ship through FedEx and there charge will appear during the checkout procedures. This charge is a direct charge from FedEx based on the item being shipped from South Holland IL.

Q: Who do you use for shipping? Do I have a choice?
A: We use FedEx Ground. If you order a pallet, the items will be delivered by a private shipping carrier. We will provide you their information so that you can not only track the delivery, but also schedule the delivery at a time that is convenient for you.


Q: How long does it take between me ordering and you shipping it out?
A: It may take up to 24 hours before your order is handed over to the shipper. Please remember that our hours are 9am to 4pm Monday through Friday, Central Standard Time. We’re closed weekends and holidays. Our FedEx cutoff time is 1pm CST.

Q: When will I know that the items have been shipped?
A: We will send you an email stating that your items have been shipped. You can also check the status of your order by going to SERVICES and entering in your confirmation number.
